i've gone to three debut parties this year and i'm being invited to another. this got me to think of having one of my own. see, i don't have ANY plans of celebrating my 18th birthday with a party. i want a peaceful and quiet dinner with my family, that's all.

[guilty silence here]

no, actually, the reason why i don't want to throw a party is because i want a new phone and a digital camera. hehe. but mama (my mom) and mommy (my grandmom) insists that since i am the eldest child and grandchild, i should throw one. mmmmm yeaaaah well, i DO kinda want a party. wearing puffy gowns, dancing with 18 guys and being humiliated, uh, i mean, given messages by 18 gorgeous ladies are preeeetty tempting. AND i wanna dance with papa. awwww...(:

the problem is the VENUE! where the hell am i going to celebrate my birthday??? i have friends from laguna, from manila and from pangasinan. should i choose a place halfway? where? in pampanga?? hahahaha.. oh bugger!

before that, i want a theme for the party. i'm thinking HOLLYWOOD AWARDS NIGHT. you know, with the red carpet and a paparazzi wall and all. yay! that would be awesome. and since it's an AWARDS night, i want the 18 candles to be 18 awards or something. the girls would give me a trophy and tell me what award i would get. cool, yah? i don't want to change the 18 roses. let's just leave it as it is coz i really really want to dance with papa. the attire? anything they want to wear as long as they don't look like they just got out of bed. [ehem, no pajamas!] or they could wear a dress (guys, this is not for you) or a suit (this one is) to get that HOLL-A-WOOD feel. i want the souvenirs to be my guests' own picture in front of the paparazzi wall. kinda like what jane gave away on her birthday party last march. minus the p-wall, that is.

gawd, just thinking about the whole concept stresses me out. what more if my parents DO give me a birthday party. i want to celebrate my 18th during the semestral break, which is on october. but the real problem is the venue talaga. sabi ng tita ko, sa pangasinan na daw. how about my friends from UST, St. Scho and RCS (Regina Coeli School, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna)? i want them to come, too!! pag sa manila naman, panu makakapunta yung mga taga-dagupan? i can't provide the transpo kasi super dami nila. and anu yun, uwian? ohh, mehn. this is hard. and stressful. and sad.

oookay, let's just leave that problem hanging until i become sure that i would throw a party. oooh the thought is starting to excite me. yeba!

<3 till hell freezes.
