steph and i were walking back to the commerce pavillion when we saw a group of six people laughing. one was a girl and the others were gay. then i realized, "how come i don't have a gay friend right now?" Steph said, "uuuuhhhh, gusto ko ng kaibigan na bading! nakakamiss!"

i had gay friends back in high school and in, believe it or not, elementary. but they weren't totally gay. they were what you call "SILAHIS". they were something in between man and gay. not man, not gay. you know, still uncertain about their sexuality. you call them "bading" but they say they're not. that leaves you as confused as they are so you'll just shut up and not talk about their gender, still wondering if you're hanging out with a boy or a girl.

gays are full of creativity and humor. their aura is very vibrant. they aren't afraid to speak their minds. and they are smart too. i mean, they speak in codes, right? where on earth do they get the idea of creating words like chuva, memay, tanders and chaka?

THAT is what's missing in my college life. COLOR. EXCITEMENT. FUN. ADVENTURE. girl friends are great too but wouldn't you love to hang out with a person who never runs out of hirits or someone who's brave enough to say hi to his crush and wink at him? they are potentially great friends, too. you could talk about boys with them not just with the whole kilig drama but also with added humor. you could consult them for their opinion on a dress that you're eyeing in Rustan's. you could exchange gossips with them. you could share your secrets to them and surely, they will be right in front of the line to protect you from your enemies.it's like having a guy and girl friend at the same time. 2 in 1 sabi nga nila. hehe.

so sana makahanap din ako ng isang bading na magpapaligaya sa akin. yuck, ang sagwa! eto na lang. sana makahanap ako ng bading na magiging best friend ko forever. kahit na magkaron na siya ng jowa at ng mga anak-anakan.
