i've been so hooked on MY GIRL last summer, a koreanovela shown on ABS-CBN, that i almost cried when classes were about to start. the dormitory i'm staying at allows television sets on each room but there's a fee of 100-200 pesos per month. even if i wanted to buy a portable tV, i couldn't coz i have to ask permission from my room mates. it's not only me who stays inside the room, you know. before i left for Manila, i bought a pirated DVD of the korean romantic-comedy. it sucked. no english subtitles. how am i supposed to understand what they're saying?

for two months i've endured not being able to see Papa Julian. haha. everytime i go to Pangasinan over the weekends, my cousin, Ate Jing, tells me the epsiodes she has watched. but, finally, because of what technology can do, i've learned of
YouTube.com! yipee! i am able to watch all the episodes WITH english subtitles. wuhoo! the 500peso DVD is no match to that site.
what made things perfect is that i can watch on YouTube everyday at the internet room at the UST Central Library, which has a faster internet connection than other internet cafes. ha! so fabulous! like right now, while doing this post, i logged on to YouTube. i'm already watching the 6th episode. actually, i'm supposed to be reviewing for the prelims this wednesday, but 2 hours of watching won't hurt, can it? haha. i am such a darling.
gee, the last time i went blissful over asian telenovelas was when meteor garden became a huge phenomenon. haha. i remembered having lots and lots of folders on my computer containing pictures from the internet. i even asked my mom to buy me the F4 cd.. hee hee.
okay, now that i'm all grown up, i'm fine with watching the whole episode on the net. no more collecting of pictures. no more buying of soundtracks. no more learning how to speak Korean. just good, clean watching.

i'll stay up until 12am to review for our Filipino test. anyway, we don't have classes tomorrow coz it's st. dominic's feast day.

that is what i love about catholic schools. they celebrate the feast days of important saints. hehe. in addition to that, classes are often suspended due to floods. ha! the greatest Thomasian experience.! bad thing is, rainy days are over. still hoping that typhoons would arrive though. haha!

<3 till hell freezes.
